The processing of personal data is linked to compliance with a legal obligation, compliance with contractual obligations, as well as discharge of an institutional task.

The  processing of personal data is founded on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, such as the execution of tasks and obligations laid down for the ordinary management of training courses (ECM-accredited or otherwise), particularly as regards the management of: registration, attendance, verification of learning and issuance of certificates, as well as user assistance and tutorship

The provision of data is mandatory to further the purposes of performing and managing training activities, including the use of technical cookies for the due operation of the IZSVE platforms dedicated to training, as well as for compliance with any tax obligations.

The provision of data is optional for the purposes of marketing the training products and/or services offered by IZSVE. In particular for the elaboration of studies, researches, market statistics; sending advertising and informational material, commercial information or surveys to improve the service (customer satisfaction).

  The data may be communicated to subsidiaries and associates of the Data Controller, as well as to advisers, or even to third parties delegated to perform technical maintenance activities on the platforms dedicated to training that operate, in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller as well, to perform the services associated with the purposes indicated in this policy, both inside and outside the EU (in the latter case, we would be dealing exclusively with subjects affiliated to the Privacy Shield protocol).
In particular, in the event of ECM-accredited courses, the data will be transmitted to the National Agency for the Regional Health Services (AGENAS) of the Ministry of Health.

COMPLAINTS Grievance (Article 77 of GDPR):
